The Spring Fishing Rodeo this year was a little challenging with the weather but fun was had by all and a few nice fish were caught.
What ended up being tropical storm Debby gave us hight winds and high water. While weather conditions limited where you could fish, it didn't deter the dedicated.
Many thanks to our rodeo Chairmen: Glen Koch, and to our caretaker Jeremy who made this a great event.
Also, we want to thank Dave Johnson from Bent marine for several generous donations to the rodeo including gift certificates totaling $250.
Eric Boudreaux of G&F Sporting in Houma also donated several items to the Rodeo.
