The spring fishing rodeo was another success.
Although it was extremely "hot" and the winds blew, fish were caught. A very nice limit of trout from Gotier Island and numerous reds from around our area were brought in.
Glen's sons, Brian and Michael, cooked great jambalya and Mike Marsiglia's team of Tony and Vern fried catfish and peppers. Jeremy and Beth provided dessert and the preceding meals.
Joe Weimers one of our new members and Allen Deffner helped source the prizes.
The prizes were contributed by Bent Marine, Blue Dot Marine, G& F Marine and Academy. Please support these establishments.
