The Annual Meeting was held at The Southern Yacht Club and there were about 45 attendees.
Ted called the meeting to order. After the invocation by Bobby Hattier, there was a moment of silence in memory of Dalton Truax,Jr., a past president who passed during the year. Hoonorary Members and the two new members present were acknowledged.
At the conclusion of the meal, the Stockholders meeting began with the Secretary and Treasurer's Reports followed by the President's report.
The nominating committee of Conrad Appel and Dale Bourgeois nominated the new Board members for 2020. They are Bob Caplan, Kent Denapolis, John Devillier, Jay Hotard, Glenn Koch and Mike Marsiglia. The nominations were approved by the membership.
Dalton Truax, III. and Ted Baer retired from the Board. after many years of service.
A placque was presented to Dalton Truax III recognizing his father's 12 years as president and service to the club in the trying times after Katrina.
The meeting adjourned.
